As the owner and marketing agent of the properties you see listed on our website, we are able to price and sell to you directly without a commission. This substantially lowers overhead and provides direct pricing with no middleman.  Owner financing is always available, and we can now offer a lease - purchase for our tracts.  We never charge any fees or points of any kind, neither obvious nor deceptive or hidden like some other sellers, period.  Every deal we close is simply amortized and there is no prepayment penalty, no exceptions.
