We hold and invest in income producing commercial property, and acreage (including estate tracts, horse & equestrian tracts, farm land, acreage homesites, timber land, hunting land, etc.) in North Atlanta and Northeast Georgia. We currently have property in Jackson County, Madison County, DeKalb County, Gwinnett County, and Rockdale County, but also invest in Elbert County, Oglethorpe County, Oconee County, Banks County, Franklin County, and the surrounding area.

As the owner and marketing agent of the properties you see listed on our website, we are able to price and sell to you directly without a commission. This substantially lowers overhead and provides direct pricing with no middleman. Owner financing is always available, and we can now offer a lease - purchase for our tracts. We never charge any fees or points of any kind, neither obvious nor deceptive or hidden like some other sellers, period. Every deal we close is simply amortized and there is no prepayment penalty, no exceptions.
